Refiller started as a movement to reduce the use of plastic among consumers. It then evolved to an organisation that aims to make people rethink the way they use cups in companies, cafeterias and events, offering cup rental and cup washing services as a solution to reduce the litter caused by single-use cups. We were asked to elaborate a new communication strategy for Refiller's new approach, which involved a new website structure, stationery, artwork for the new cups and promotional materials such as infographics about waste in Switzerland.
